Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu.

We apologise for the late response, but Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal reached EOL
on October 28, 2012, and Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric Ocelot on May 9, 2013. See this document for currently supported Ubuntu releases:

Please upgrade to the latest version and re-test.  If the problem is still
reproducible, please update this bug with the new information.

  found when upgrading from Natty to Oneiric.  Worked ok before.. no
  known issues. Clients were Ubuntu and Patriot PBO media client.
