We apologise for the lack of responses, but Ubuntu 12.04 Precise
Pangolin reached EOL on April 28, 2017. See this document for currently
supported Ubuntu releases:

Please upgrade to the latest version and re-test. If the problem is
still reproducible, please update this bug with the new information.
