Bug description:
  [Impact]
Documentation for netplan is misleading and may suggest that globbing is always possible in netplan config.

  [Test case]
  - Validate that documentation shipped with netplan points out that globbing is not supported in the NetworkManager renderer (see /usr/share/doc/netplan/netplan.html)

  [Regression potential]
Any failure to work with existing configuration should be considered a regression. Any new failure of the test suite would be a regression.

  ---

snapd creates a netplan configuration file which uses globs for
ethernet interface names. Netplan currently does not support these as
NetworkManager does not offer any possibility to specify globs in its
  connection files.
