[Bug 1729607] [NEW] grub-efi-amd64-signed failed to install in/target/

Public bug reported:

I had Windows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04 intalled in the disk. I wanted to solve the freezing issue I had with ubuntu installing it again and while doing it, there is this message that says that grub-efi-amd64-signed failed to install in/target/.
Now when I turn the PC on I have the message of error:no such device and grub-rescue.
I cant even log to Windows anymore.
