[Bug 1734223] [NEW] Update package to zsh 5.4.2 (as in Debian Buster)

Public bug reported:

The zsh package was not updated in Artful, nor has it been updated in
Bionic yet. As of now it is two major releases behind. Would it be
possible to bump zsh in Bionic to 5.4.2, as currently available in
Debian Buster (and Sid)?

The .deb from Sid installs and runs perfectly on Xenial, as far as i can
tell, so i'm hopeful this is a pretty trivial thing to do.
