[Bug 1734943] [NEW] no internet access, from any wi-fi network or wired network

Public bug reported:

Today, when i started Ubuntu. In bar, on the network icon appear a "?"
symbol. I tried to connect Ubuntu to internet with a wired cable and
another wi-fi network. He's connect to wi-fi and wired cable network but
appears a "?" symbol in the network icon and i don't have access on the
internet. Sorry for my bad english  :))) Thank you!

P.S. i use Ubuntu 17.10
