Bug description:
  supported-development-desktop seeds subversion and subversion-tools
  (Python2).  According to the Debian report, subversion is still not
  ported to Python3.

  So the option would be to remove either both subversion and
  subversion-tools, or remove the cyclic dependency and just keep
  subversion in main (subversion-tools depending on python-subversion).
