Note that this is a tentative fix: there are multiple ways to access to
the default gsettings value, so it may fix for some entries but not all
of them. Keep giving feedback if that fixes it for you once it's
available (glib is stuck in UNAPPROVED right now)

Bug description:
  When cantarell fonts are installed, Gnome Tweak Tools shows as if
  "Cantarell" was the font being used when it is actually "Ubuntu".
  Before that, it showed "None".
