  Can't change language from Chinese back to English

Status in language-selector package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  I chose English as the installation language from the beginning, then
  changed to Chinese. But when I want to change it back to English, it
  doesn't work. I logged off then logged in, there is Chinese on the
  screen.
