then why would you put the -source package on servers? The -source
package is useful for development only.

Title:
Package openjdk-*-source depends on openjdk-*-jdk, should depend on
  openjdk-*-headless instead

Status in openjdk-8 package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix
Status in openjdk-9 package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
The package only contains a source in a single .zip file.
  Technically no dependencies are required.
Having the source depend on *-jdk and *-jre instead of their *-headless variants puts an undesirable dependency tree for servers, that pulls graphic packages.
