[Bug 1723042] [NEW] libkmod2.0-udeb is not linked with pthreads

libkmod2.0-udeb is not linked with pthreads

When running udevadm in d-i the following happens:

udevadm: Relink `/lib/libkmod.so.2' with `/lib/libpthread.so.0' for
IFUNC symbol `system'

Maybe libkmod2.0 needs a rebuild and/or fix up?
