  Intel graphics problems on kernel 4.10.0-37-generic

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  After kernel upgrade from 4.10.0-35 to 4.10.0-37 Ubuntu 17.04 works extremely slow.
  The reason is that i915 driver is UNCLAIMED now.

  Error from Xorg logs is:
  [ 56749.198] (EE) /dev/dri/card0: failed to set DRM interface version 1.4: Permission denied

  Environment:
  Ubuntu 17.04
  Kernel 4.10.0-37
  Intel HD Graphics 520
  INTEL GRAPHICS UPDATE TOOL FOR LINUX* OS V2.0.6
