Public bug reported:
I use my computer with both Hebrew & English.
My password is set in English.
I wanted to install an update of a software (Atom) through gdebi.
Because my keyboard was set on Hebrew, once the password pop up came on the screen, I could only type letters in Hebrew, there was no way to click on anything, or use the keyboard shortcut - to switch the keyboard back to English.
I had to exit gdebi, switch the keyboard to English, and then run the
update again, so I can finally type the password in English.
