You /etc/apt/sources.list file contains "yakkety", which is Ubuntu
16.10, not Ubuntu 17.04.  However, the release upgrader deteced your
release as Ubuntu 17.04 because you have the version of lsb-release from
17.04 installed. One way to resolve this situation would be to change
your yakkety entries to zesty and then run 'sudo apt-get dist-upgrade'.
Another way would be to downgrade your version of lsb-release to the one
in the yakkety archive.
