[Bug 1714570] [NEW] enabledcores=1, but all 4 cores are online

In BIOS all CPU cores enabled, in gnome-system-monitor I can see 4
cores, but lshw displays enabledcores=1 (dmidecode displays same
information, as lshw). Also lshw says cache:2 DISABLED, but it is not
disabled in BIOS.
