[Bug 1715989] [NEW] right click on dock screen shot icon is not working properly

Right click (see attachment 1) is fine for 1st and 2nd choice, but not for the 3rd one:
Take a screenshot of a selected area
Actually the shape of the mouse pointer is still the same instead of changing into a cross to select the desired area.

It works when we click on the icon and then select 3rd choice
