[Bug 1718067] [NEW] kickstart installations do not boot on EFI systems

Public bug reported:
When performing a kickstart installation on an EFI system (using an EFI
PXE boot) the installation itself seems to complete successfully, but
the system fails to boot afterwards.
- Same kickstart file works fine when configuring BIOS to legacy instead
of EFI mode.
- If using preseed instead of kickstart for the automated installation, it also works when in EFI mode.
So apparently something related to disk layout or boot loader isn't configured properly by kickseed.
** Affects: kickseed (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
