Hello there, I just stumbled on this bug while installing a vm on
Proxmox VE 5.

I had set the localisation to German and was wondering where the manual
IP config dialogue went.

xnox wrote the solution: Just go back and set localisation to English
and the dialogue appears.

  New

Bug description:
  Affected Versions: Ubuntu Server 16.04.2 / 16.04.3 
  Setup: Windows Server 2012R2 Hyper-V as Host - Ubuntu Server as Virtual Machine

  Installation under Hyper-V does not allow manual input of network configuration. Window does not appear and instead the Installation jumps to the "Computername setting". 
  Even manually going back a step and trying it again does not work.
  It works with Server 16.04.1 on the same Host!
