Thanks for your report.

You still have these packages installed that are not from an official
Ubuntu repository and are blocking the upgrade:

libegl1-mesa-drivers 17.2~git1707131930.655a32~gd~x
libva-drm1 1.7.1-2~gd~x
libva-x11-1 1.7.1-2~gd~x
libva1 1.7.1-2~gd~x
xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu 1.3.99+git1706301934.e90721~gd~x
xserver-xorg-video-ati 1:7.9.99+git1707131934.94dc2b~gd~x
xserver-xorg-video-intel 2:2.99.917+git1706071933.6babcf~gd~x
xserver-xorg-video-nouveau 1:1.0.15+git1706131933.69aecd~gd~x
xserver-xorg-video-radeon 1:7.9.99+git1707131934.94dc2b~gd~x

Please revert to the version from the official repository before attempting to upgrade again.

Don't hesitate to file any bug you may find.
