Bug description:
  Before: The start of the Ubuntu VM was hang up several times, just
  showing "Ubuntu" but no login (Wayland?). There was no way via Ctrl-
  ALt-Fx, just hanging. Gnome-Shell was configured as shell.

  THIS bug occurred after logging in first time.

  (This crash was followed by a second one, in the same session: gnome-
  shell.)
