  Update page - Sign In is in German, unable to proceed

Status in software-properties package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  On a system setup for English, UK English keyboard - Sign In on the
  update page is in German not English.

  Further - following click on the first Anmelden - I get a dialogue
  that seems to get no further.

  Can I take it from the second issue that LivePatch is only available
  to Ubuntu and not flavours?
