Title:
  systemd-journald crashed with SIGABRT in __GI___pthread_timedjoin_ex()

Status in systemd package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  After installation of Linux kernel 4.17.0-041700rc1, I rebooted my computer :
  - First WITHOUT any special Linux kernel option --> Graphical login failed.
  -  Then WITH Linux kernel options 'acpi_osi=! acpi_osi="Windows 2009"'  -->  OK.

  So, this issue could be related to bug #1732574, but I am NOT sure.
