[Bug 1766930] [NEW] Vmware Workstation requires usbfs to get usb devices

sudo mount -t usbfs none /proc/bus/usb -o devmode=0666
mount: /proc/bus/usb: mount point does not exist.

I think usbfs is required by vmware workstation to access external usb
devices.
