[Bug 1767499] [NEW] grub package could not be installed

Public bug reported:

I had Ubuntu installed beside Arch. I finished setting Arch up so I
deleted Ubuntu. This rendered my system unbootable. I'm trying to
install another distro beside Arch to try to correct the problem but no
distro so far has been able to install grub.
