I upgraded from a pre-release Ubuntu 8.04

I have a multi OS system Ubuntu/Deepin/Windows.

Grub did not find my windows system so I have to enter bios to load.

The log suggests that you had successfully installed the shim-signed
package previously, but when attempting to upgrade the package, it
failed because the system was not detected to be a UEFI system.

Did you install in UEFI mode, and subsequently switch the system to BIOS
mode instead?
