3 - What I expect to happen

I expected I could install Clementine since it seems to be valid
software to install when I see it in Ubuntu Software.

I hope this could be fixed since I looked for a solution on internet
forums but found none.

4 - What happened instead

Could not install Clementine. Error message appears every time I run
Ubuntu. Tried to fix it using some advice from Ubuntu forums.

5 - Further information

Newly installed ubuntu 18. 
First time received this message when tried to install Clementine (internet radio) from Ubuntu Software 3.28.1
>From then on, I am receiving this message during Ubuntu satrtup
Tried to install libnss using apt get install, but it is not recognized by the command as a valid installable piece of software
