[Bug 1786826] [NEW] Trying to upgrade from Ubuntu Gnome 16.4 to Ubuntu 18.4 but reports "could not calculate the upgrade"

Turnout that it was failing because I had ros-kinetic-* packages installed,
with probably conflicting libraries. Just by removing them and perform
autoremove afterwards I could install 18.4
