  debian-installer crashes when i try to install ubuntu minimal

Status in debian-installer package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  When i try to install ubuntu minimal on virtualbox , debian-installer crashes on localechooser step when korean locale is highlighted. Note the incorrect description of korean locale as Қазақ .
  It does not happen on 16.04 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/xenial/main/installer-amd64/current/images/netboot/mini.iso .
  I attached video of how to reproduce bug.
