  For Linux kernel version: 4.18

  Add new tool:

      zkey: Add zkey-cryptsetup tool

  Changes of existing tools:

      netboot: add BOOTIF support

  Bug Fixes:

      mon_procd: fix parsing of /proc//stat
      netboot: Include compressed kernel modules in initramfs
      netboot: Send client architecture and handle path prefix
