    gracefully handle the lack of qemu binaries for cross-compilation.

    manpage.

  Three issues have been noted:
   * Coverage failing due to taking into account a file in .tox (which is not part of the code).
   * snap.sh is failing due to various issues.

  These need to be fixed ASAP.
