My system freezes every time during Shutdown and reboot. I am new Linux
user but tried almost every solution provided in the forum to patch this
error but nothing helped. How to get rid of this problem?

  I am a new Linux user. My system is completely up-to-date. Whenever I
  go for Shutdown or reboot, the system freezes. I have tried
  reinstalling Ubuntu twice but situation remains the same.
