Hello Ritin,
please try these steps to fix the installation problem:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install --reinstall python-requests
If that doesn't help, you may find this "ask ubuntu" question and answer
might:

It's using "zramswap-enabler" in the answer, so try replacing that with
"python-requests"
