[Bug 1807672] [NEW] Ubiquity installer crashes when marking partition for formatting, after setting up all partitions in Manual setup

Running the Ubiquity installer (Kubuntu 18.10, and previous).

Disk setup > Manual > New partition table > create all desired
partitions > Then mark a partition for format makes the installer crash
and return to the Live USB desktop.
