system-config-kickstart has been demoted to universe. I am keeping this
bug open since it still needs to be ported way from pygtk which will be
removed from the Ubuntu archives in a future Ubuntu release.

Status in system-config-kickstart package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  system-config-kickstart and ibus-sunpinyin are the only packages
  keeping pygtk2 in Ubuntu main.

  pygtk has been unmaintained upstream since around 2011. The way
  forward is to port system-config-kickstart to use GObject
  Introspection bindings. This also requires porting to GTK3.
