[Ubuntu 18.04][WSP/DD2.1] Bionic netinstall failed on Witherspoon/4GPU system

Steps:
Install Bionic using netboot method
- kernel: http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports/dists/bionic/main/installer-ppc64el/current/images/netboot/ubuntu-installer/ppc64el/vmlinux
- initrd: http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports/dists/bionic/main/installer-ppc64el/current/images/netboot/ubuntu-installer/ppc64el/initrd.gz
- boot paramters: netcfg/disable_dhcp=true netcfg/confirm_static=true netcfg/choose_interface=70:e2:84:14:33:81 netcfg/get_ipaddress=9.40.192.122/24 netcfg/get_gateway=9.40.192.1 netcfg/get_nameservers="9.3.1.200"

Installation started and reached upto base system install and later we
get Debootstrap warning message as mentioned in below screenshot.
