Sorry for the late reply. Yes, current kernel works fine with the AC100.
I'll send an updated boot script and db patch. The old android/fastboot
bootloader is no longer used. The boot script should work on all tegras
AFAIK.

  update ac100 support

Status in flash-kernel package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Utopic will be able to boot the stock ubuntu kernel on the AC100 ARM
  netbook. uBoot is now the recommended bootloader (instead of original
  fastboot). The patch below updates flash-kernel to support the new
  bootloader. The kernel image can be read in "raw" format, while initrd
  and bootscript needs uboot header.
