Your installation medium contains files form both artful and xenial.
You need to wipe the USB stick before reusing it for anther release.

  Trying to install Ubuntu 16.04.3 on a new Dell Inspiron 7373 fails--
  grub can't do something, and there is an "unmet dependency" warning in
  the terminal window just before the installer crashes.
