Hello Canonical,

Please upgrade IBM powerpc-utils package to v1.3.4.

Note that we changed upstream repo location sometime back.

New upstream location : https://github.com/ibm-power-utilities/powerpc-
utils


Also apply below two patches on top of v1.3.4 (it applies cleanly).
