[Bug 1741629] [NEW] OEM install test case fails at user login

Testing Kubuntu 17.10.1 with test cases on
http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/385/builds/164205/testcases/1305/results

At step 33 the user login screen didn't show.  It just stuck there
without any reaction.

I tested it on Virtual Box 5.1.30 r118389 (Qt5.6.1), the virtual machine
contains 2 CPUs and 2GB ram, 40GB HDD, 16MB display ram.  No 2D & 3D
acceleration.  UEFI turned on.
