Bug description:
  sudo apt upgrade fails. Output is as follows...

  I've combed the web for a solution and tried all of the following.
  None of which have resolved the issue...

  sudo apt-get install -f
  sudo apt-get install --fix-broken --fix-missing
  sudo apt-get -f install
  sudo apt-get update –fix-missing
  sudo apt-get autoremove
  sudo apt-get -u dist-upgrade
  sudo apt --reinstall mount

  sudo dpkg –configure -a
  sudo dpkg -r -a
