[Bug 1743733] [NEW] package grub-pc 2.02~beta2-36ubuntu3.15 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 10

The PC has issues installing grub2. I was installing bioperl and biomart
on the system and was following the installation steps. Looks like while
I was installing, it broke something in the system and everytime I try
to upgrade the packages, I get the grub2 installation issue as it cannot
install:
