Bug description:
Binary package hint: procps
With version 1:3.2.8-9ubuntu3 of procps, it appears to have a bug in
top which it doesn't send a null pointer after the username, so its
parsing in enviromental information from memory

This doesn't happen in 10.04 which has procps version:
