Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnustep

  Dear all,

  there is a very bad problem with apt-get with my internet connection is suddenly lost. I was installing gnustep using apt-get when internet connection was lost. I tried to remove some packages that were not installed correctly and after some work I was able to run "dpkg --configure -a" correctly. one of the packages that caused this problem were dvipng. when I executed "sudo apt-get build-dep dvipng" it crashed with this error.

   subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
  No apport report written because MaxReports is reached already
                                                                Errors were encountered while processing:

  this is a very serious problem that may cause me every time to
  reinstall. please help.
