Use ipmi usb interface to collect fru info
On Ubuntu distro, sometimes it is noticed that ipmi inband driver is loaded
automatically and hence lsmcode fails to collect information as it used ipmi
inband driver to collect fru information.
This patch enables lsmcode to use ipmi usb interface to collect firmware
information, if inband ipmi call fails.
