Title:
On upgrade to devel release backport repository doesn't distrub, what
crash update-manager
Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Binary package hint: update-manager
I try to update from lucid to development release maverick.
I get error on that:
W:Failed to fetch http://ru.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/maverick-backports/Release Unable to find expected entry non-free/binary-amd64/Packages in Meta-index file (malformed Release file?)
, E:Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
Expected: After it upgrade doesn't go, and update-manager was closed.
Actual #1: Suggest disable this repository
Actual #2: Only show warning and continue
