[Bug 1745163] [NEW] grub-install hangs when installing to multipath drive

Installing to Shared storage pool LU virtual disk with multipath to two
VIO servers.

Running "grub-install /dev/mapper/mpatha1"  hangs during ISO
installation.

Should work as is has previously on 16.04 LTS

PowerVM / VIOS 2.2.6.10
Dual VIO dual path to SSP LU disk 150GB
