Title:
After upgrading to kernel 4.10.0-22 unlock screen on boot keyboard
  stops working

Status in plymouth package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I am using FDE and when I try and boot into the 4.10.0-22 kernel the disk unlock screen does not allow for keyboard input.
