Bug description:
  The PC has issues installing grub2. I was installing bioperl and
  biomart on the system and was following the installation steps. Looks
  like while I was installing, it broke something in the system and
  everytime I try to upgrade the packages, I get the grub2 installation
  issue as it cannot install:
