Installed from latest Ubuntu Studio 18.04 ISO.

Boots to grub> prompt

Also fixed by copying /boot/efi/EFI/grub/grub.cfg to
/boot/efi/EFI/ubuntu/

Bug description:
  Cosmic daily images install successfully but then never boot (stuck in
  grub). I've tried a couple of machines.
