[Bug 1781575] [NEW] Grub does not install

Public bug reported:

Unknowingly ,Windows was hibernated and I tried to install Ubuntu through a Bootable drive.
Initially,The installation process got hung up and so the system had to be power off.When,the installation was started again,this error came up that grub couldn't be installed.
